Our current shipping policy only applies to Australia, for this is our only shipping area.

Shipping Method : Orders are usually shipped by using UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Handling Time, Transit Time and Order Cutoff Time:

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)

Transit time: 7-8 days. (Monday – Friday)

Our Order cut-off Time: 5.00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating your order is registered and being processed.

Delayed Orders:

If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery time, wait an extra two days and use your tracking code to check the status. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your items before purchasing.
